The Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA International) is a nonprofit, member-owned, organic certification organization and an accredited world leader in the certified organic industry. OCIA provides certification services to thousands of organic farmers, processors and handlers from over 20 countries in North, Central and South America, Asia, Africa and Europe.
The Northeast Wisconsin Organic Chapter was founded in 1995 and currently supports farmers and processors around the states of Wisconsin and Michigan.
Our goal is to offer a variety of services such as educational meetings, field days and demonstrations and a valuable network of mentorship and support. We provide members with assistance with their organic certification paperwork and mentoring for any members wishing to obtain organic certification for the first time.
We work hard to promote the organic industry and help to educate about the organic certification process.
